Fallout 2 mod Looking for a modder to hire

Hi

I am looking for a modder who can draw and add the New Vegas desert ranger armor into Fallout 2. I can pay for the job using Paypal or Bitcoin. Example of what I want:

The reason I want to do that is to get my brother to play this game as he loves the desert ranger from FNV. I would like to revisit Fallout 2 sometime in the future too and would like some new stuff.

Better to pay your brother to play the game as is....I'm not capable of doing a good job, but I'm curious how much are you talking about here.

By the way, the FOnline2 dev team kept using and developing the old 2238 models. Asking them about the latest model version and animations could speed up the creation. "Just" have to render it correctly to get fitting 2d frames.
