Looking for help translating a bit of Polish from Gorky-17

I plan on doing a small mod for Gorky-17... as far as I know, only one mod exists so far, but there's some things he didn't do that I'd like to do with the game.

That being said, some of the comments in the files are in Polish; it would be very helpful if someone would translate them for me

I tried using Google but some words don't translate, I think because they are using just English letters instead of proper Polish characters.

Here is the first set:

effect_range;           // zasieg wybuchu
move_range_effect;    // wplyw na predkosc
accuracy_effect;        // wplyw na celnosc niezalezny od zasiegu
range_effect;           // 1 dla karabinu i pistoletu, 5 dla reszty

zasieg wybuchu = range/radius of explosion
wplyw na predkosc = effect on speed/velocity
wplyw na celnosc niezalezny od zasiegu = effect on accuracy, independent of range
1 dla karabinu i pistoletu, 5 dla reszty = 1 for machinegun and handgun, 5 for others
