I have been trying to find these documents for my friend, and I finally found a scan of them, but they're in German 
I only speak ein bisschen Deutsch, so I'm ill-equipped to do the task. The problem of course is that translation software doesn't know all the specific gaming words and lingo, so various words went untranslated or translated very poorly. So if you know German and are willing to translate, your contribution would be greatly appreciated 
Once finished, I will post it on Diablo sites and tabletop-gaming sites.
Here are the documents; the folder contains:
- The original jpeg scans.
- The jpegs converted to RTF, no modifications. [aka The original (and messy) jpeg-to-document conversion.]
- [subfolder] The RTFs with some fixes and reformatted, saved again as RTF. (German)
- [subfolder] The fixed-&-reformatted RTFs re-saved as DOCX (German)
- [subfolder] The DOCX translated to English through an automated translator.
