Loot Issues.

Dear intelligible masses of ghoul flesh,

I was wondering about something;

would it be possible to let body damage influence the loot dropped?
For instance, i disintegrate an enclave soldier with my LAZER RIFLE.
Resulting in his gear disintegrating as well, is this possible?

Quite tired of looting a full set of power armor from a pile of ash.

Also, if possible, the old system from fallout prevented you from being too powerful too soon; IE not every item someone is carrying will be dropped by said someone.
