Lose the helmet-Can it be done?

Greetings, NMA.

I have a problem. I hate it when my characters in games are forced to wear helmets and they are unable to be hidden. Nit-picky, I know but still....

So, I know there is a helmet-less set of sprites in Fallout 2 of a person wearing power armor, but no helmet. So would it be possible to make it where my character used that set instead of the helmeted version?
 
Yes, but as the critter doesn't have a full animation set, it's pretty useless for players. (Afaik, it has only the minigun weapon animation.)

It's only for when you are not in combat. Like I wrote, the critter doesn't have a full animation set.

Right. You run around in PA without helmet but in combat mode your dude put the helmet on with a nifty animation.
 
That way you get the best of both worlds!

But yes - i only made the non-combat animations required for the mod, so the 'Cabot' critter is still incomplete.
 
Hi, I'm new here and was just wondering why my character's hair is blue with the mod loaded? Is there a certain critter file that I need to remove to make it the default brown? or is it a bug?
 
Well, it's possible that this mod is compatible with ettu out of the box. However, hard to tell as the author didn't release script sources and I can't be bothered with figuring out what exactly the mod does. So... dunno... just try it and in worst case delete the .gl script again.
