First off, I've used these forums for years, but never made an acct. Thanks for being a great resource for this series.
I've been playing through NV again recently and I'm going full NCR this time. When I arrived at Camp Golf and finished talking with Chief Hanlon in his office, I noticed a Lucky 38 VIP card on his desk for the first time. Easy to overlook, and no big deal since there's another one elsewhere, but it made me wonder... Why would Chief Hanlon have that? Is that ever explained elsewhere? Or is it simply as good a place as any for Obsidian to place another one to find?
