Give your character a Sawed-Off Shotgun and a Leather Jacket with 60 Armor Class. The high armor class is important for dodging because Fallout doesn't seem to implement that a godlike killer has the ability to avoid getting hit and excels in combat in both avoidance and accuracy.
The following stats should include:

- 6 Strength (He doesn't have godly strength, he is beaten up quite a bit actually, but he is tougher than average)

- 10 Perception (Have you seen this guy's deadly accuracy with
his gun? He can nail a gun in a moving vehicle from a hundred feet away with his Sawed-Off Shotgun.)

- 10 Endurance (He's been ran over by a few motorcycles, shot a few dozen times, and had the shit beaten out of him so yeah, I think he gets the full 10. Hey, have YOU survived days in the desert with no water?)

- 3 Charisma (He's pretty anti-social and not many people like him, though for some reason that insane pilot and that kid in Road Warrior liked him, so did that girl from Beyond Thunderdome, so he gets a 3, his former wife doesn't count because this is Mad Max after he goes insane, not before.)

- 4 Intelligence (All those years in the wasteland would make anyone lose their mind)

- 10 Agility (He's very proficient in combat and swift in his actions.)

- 10 Luck (For that Better Criticals and Sniper perk, when you're as godly as Mad Max, you can kill anybody with a shotgun in one hit as long as they have an unprotected vital spot.

(This is 53 points total, only 47 are allowed even with the gifted perk, but hey, he's Mad Max, he's suppose to be this godly!)

Anyway, just my idea. Anyone could improve upon this.

By the way did anyone else think the Mad Max movies were pathetic? I've seen wussy little British spies kill more people than this guy, and the action was so slow-paced and pathetic. What were the script writers huffing while they wrote this?

The concept behind Max was not as a "Schwarzeneggeran" killing machine. He was a survivor and could get beaten, bloodied, shot, blown-up, etc and still manage to survive. I just watched The Road Warrior yesterday on Sci-Fi and part of Beyond the Thunderdrome. The Road Warrior was a very good, simplistic tale of survival in the post-war wasteland. Sure it could have been better but it would not have been made better by him killing more people.
