Which Mad Max movie was *your* favorite? All have their highlights, yet all were different. Like Fallout, their greatness evolves as the series evolves. My personal favorite was #2 The Road Warrior.
 
No, I think that the first mad max movie was better. What could possibly be better than battling a biker gang while traveling around in an awesome car. It had all the action you would need, and his car survived through the movie, and in addition, that one guy got blown up in the end! Blown up!
 
You want action? You get a whole movie of it, plus some great wastelandishness in #2. Mel Gibson drove that truck on that railroad track for nearly half the movie! Biker gang? How bout a raider biker gang. Don't forget the gimp on the chain.
 
No, we wanted guns not gimps! And also, the plot of #1 was a lot more developed. Sure, it may have been a somewhat campy B movie, but it sure is good.
 
Campy B movie is right. Next to #2, #1 stunk. You have the chase and high tension and philosophical wastelander mentality survivalistic attitude in #2, whereas #1 just has the plot development to set up #2. Face it, #1 was done for the sole purpose of leading up to #2. Look at the entire opening sequence to The Road Warrior. They basically summarized #1 entirely, right in front of your eyes, in 5 minutes. That's right, #2 0wned #1.
 
Hey face it, #1 led up to #2, so if there wasn't a first, the second would never exist. Take that!
 
Now that sounds like the argument of a defeated loser.

I know your idiot brother, and I take much offense to your statement. At least I'm not related to him like you are! Maybe you should use your "big guns" in a much more effective manner by making a much better arguement.
 
I think comparing you to my idiot brother is one of the worst insults I can manage, without resorting to flaming. However, I stick by my statements, and I do not apologize, you unsophisticated and witless cretin! Haha, en guarde! You shall not defeat me, Senor Felix.
 
You compared me to your idiot brother, fair is fair. And I think this is getting a little out of control...maybe we should stop.

Mad Max had a better story plus it was the orginal so that adds a lot of value to the movie. The road warrior had a bigger budget, more dangerous stunts and it was pretty badass. I love both of those movies but one thing is for sure... beyond thunderdome was freakin gay.
 
This sort of reminds me of the Fallout games, as in the first came from nowhere wasnt to big. The second, more money more game more action. Hmm maybe Fallout 3 isn't such a good idea ;-)
