Fallout 2 mod Make companions react faster?

First time out of the vault
Hey, (Fallout 2) is there a file I can modify to change companions behaviour about following the player, change delay/tick when companions react to my movement?

For example, the moment I move, they start moving instantly?

I got RP mod installed. Though I assume it's hardcoded into the exe
