Mapper question.

Hey i am new hear and i am planing to make falout my first attempt at modding so i need all the help i can get.

HOW THE HELLD DO I PUT THINGS IN BOXES / CONTAINERS / LOCKERS ECT!!

sry for the caps but its realy bugging me i just cant seam to do it i am useing fallout2 offical mapper and the dimms mapper.
can i do this in a mapper or am i going about this the wrong way.

Any help would be quite ammazing at this point
