Marcus no regrouping (fo2)

Hello, i'm having a problem with Marcus, i needed him to stay out from my party so i could talk with the malamute owner in Redding, but when i come to tell him to regroup, he says "I thought you were one of the good ones. I ain't coming with you.", i've heard this happens when you have the Childkiller Karma, but i only have the Champion and Slaver Karma. Could it be the Slaver Karma that makes Marcus say that?. i would really appreciate some help.

Yes, it could be the Slaver karma that turned him against you. Also, your karma number could be too low.

Or... how many people are in your party? And how much charisma do you have? You can only have as many npcs as 0.5 multiplied by the number of charisma points.

The porn star perk also make your npcs not like you that much.

Karma is 395, and i only have the slaver and champion karmas. Charisma is 4 and i have only vic and marcus in party

btw, is there any tool like the save editor that can make my character leave the slavers?

A note on Marcus from Per Joner's walkthrough:

Initially won't join you if your karma is below 0. Won't rejoin if your karma is -101 or lower or you're a Slaver or Childkiller. (...)

That about covers it, I suppose. I think you can use the character editor to remove the Slaver status. It's called Falche. I'm not the technical master exploder, though, so don't blame me if I'm wrong
