Master kills himself!

Is this old news or.. ?
I played through FO for the n'th time and managed to talk the master into commit suecide.
Always thought that the only way was to either blow up the nuke in the basement or blow up the master.
I've played through that game so many times, and I always find out somthing new.
Anyone knows if you can manage to talk any sence into the liutenant ? (was that spelled right?)
 
It is kinda old news but don't let that discourage you from posting stuff like this. Their are alway people out there who haven't found it out yet. So keep it comming. I don't know if you can talk some sense in to the Lou (that sounded weird) so i can't give you an answer on that.

I found that out once and then realized that you can take a non-violent path through the entire game. You'd have to be heavy on sneak to get around those mutants in the end, but it is possible, i think.
 
Naw, I would think that Lou Tenant is a wee bit too brainwashed. You can talk sense into the master because he cares about the cause, and the knowledge that it will fail because of sterility just sorta crushes the worldview he's had for quite a while.
 
someone told me that if you listen in on the luitenant's conversation you get some experience but I couldn't do that he just attacked me.
 
I'll get straight to the point. You can NOT convince the Leiutenant. However, killing him is more fun - plus you get a nice Laser-Gatling for your troubles. He's one tough mutant though!
