Master's Lair Locked Door in Vault

You know the one - right in front of the elevator that leads to the Master (at least I assume it leads to the Master and not another floor of muties to frag, but either way gives me XP).

The door is locked and I do not possess an E-pick. I know I can get one from Loxley if I go steal that necklace for him but the last time I was in there I couldn't even pick HIS door and it just seems like a hella-too-much run-around when all I need is the pick.

So, anyone know where I can get one without dealing with Loxley/

PS. I know this is probably a repost but I didn't see any threads in the search at first glance, and I just figured it would be easier to put up with flames if I got an answer. So, flame away as long as I get my answer.

Either, get a dynamite stick and drop it in front of the door, OR get the item editor and give yourself one.

There is a set of electronic lockpicks in the Cathedral tower and also the Military Base.
