You can now create your own DAT files! It is available from the home of the Mod Squad: [a href=//www.pipboy2000le.f2s.com/]PIPBoy 2000 LE[/a]. It is the only DAT maker there is, so get it now!
Also, all of the mods have been converted to DAT files (especially easy for those of us who can't quite understand how to install the mods) so you can download the ones you want and put them in your Fallout 2 directory, or you could just download all the mods in one easy to download bundle.
