I've just stumbled upon an area called Arena where my car broke down actually i got a flat tire. A guy in a robe present in the location adviced me to take the tire and see my mechanic to fix it. I did as i was told the tire appeared in my inventory so i went to Smitty in Den and nothing happens I don't see any conversation line regarding the flat tire that i could use. Is it a bug or should I see a different NPC to fix it.
