Megamod Klamath rat caves..where are the valves? Coil found

Okay I have been in the caves for some 8 hrs gameplay and I cannot find the valves in the cellar accessible only via rope(ie the premodded old way). The bench there contained the coil but the tool board was empty. Can someone enlighten me please?

BTW it took me 4 goes to pass the warrior quest and I have played fallout(1,2,T & 3) since it came out in the 90s..IMHO the reward sux for such a time consuming (12 days) PIA quest.

Nevertheless, a big "thank you" to MM's creator and to the restoration project modder.
 
There is a repair skill check to see if you find the parts and to use them. One is lower than the other so your repair skill is not high enough if you are unable to find both parts.
 
Thank you for that although I had worked it out by oscillating between easy, normal and hard even if doing that feels like cheating ;(
