Game was playing fine up until the second gang fight in Den. I tried to access my inventory to use a stimpack, but the cursor right-click drop-down menu stopped appearing. Now the cursor just flashes between the standard arrow and a pointing finger when right muose button is held. The drop-down works fine on the game screen, just not in the inventory. This bug persisted in all savegames, and I even went so far as to wipe the game completely and clean install as per the included instructions. It still shows in a completely new install, new game! I followed all clean install instructions: complete uninstall, clean registry, restart computer, install to new folder. I even tested the vanilla game before reinstalling the megamod, and the bug did not exist. I have been unable to find any reference to this on the web. Suggestions?
