I have only been able to get Slik to give me the barter increase test thing once and that was in another fallout 2 install. I've been trying to replicate it to no success - no matter what talk options i choose, i never get the barter teaching talk.
Also from what i remember after Sly fox wants you to get him a sharpened spear you are supposed to have an option to ask Lucas or Slik where can you get those. Cant find that too.
