First time out of the vault

I searched forum. Nothing. It happens during fights. Few thugs always (one in the litle slave camp near NCR) make this happen. I don't know what to do, I can't complete some quests becouse of this. I'm running Windows 7. Game Patched. Unoficial patch also. Tried almost everything. Reinstalled. Runned game in difrent ways. nothing helped.
Edit: So now I know that this bug is caused by 14 mm pistol. My game crashes everytime I try to use it. But I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?
