merchant inventories never change in FO2?

First time out of the vault
Did a search, found nothing, so.....

I'm playing FO2 with the unofficial 1.05 patch and the inventories of several of the high-end merchants, like the 2 guys in San Fran and the dwarf outside NCR, are not changing.
They're only altered with what I either sell to them or buy away.

Is this normal?

I havent played FO2 in awhile and I seem to recall the stock changing regardless of what I bought or sold....
 
Thanks for the reply. That sucks ass. Maybe some modding guru will develop a "changing inventory mod" :wiggle:

Still, I could swear that the "Red 888" guy in San Fran had a vindicator(or whatever the caseless ammo minigun was called) occasionally pop up in his stock that I definitely didnt sell to him, among other things.

Also I'm pretty sure I bought 2 gauss rifles off him that werent ever shown in his stuff at the same time.

Oh well.
