Merchant RE = Holy Grail early in game!!

What a gold mine!!
Almost felt guilty about stealing it all and so purchased a few things to use up some ring pulls. You come away with 4 Pancor jackhammers and so much more.
The guass pistol is a bit of a teaser though. No ammo!!
 
So you also found out that stealing is a very good skill... :o)

The only things I buy is armor from the quartermasters...
I steal the rest...
