Metalheart: Replicants Rampage is a Turn Based sci-fi RPG in development, which have stirred my interest. So I interviewed Alex Filatow (Chief Programmer) about this title, here's a snibblet:
Odin: Tell us about the story in Metalheart: RR
Alex: Sure. A captain and his female co-pilot survive in the emergency landing on a planet.
The planet is in the hands of the empire. The main point about this planet is taсtonium, a seldom mineral with many special functions. It is half organic and could be used in many ways. It can be a source of energy and also has some medical purposes. The population of the planet consists of different races: nomads, mutants, cyborgs and replicants. Every race has it's special abilites, own weak and strong sides.
Sounds good, go here for the full interview..

Hmmm... Sounds good, looks good... maybe it will be good.

Odin: Lastly, why should we buy this title?
Alex: Because if you steal it, it will be illegal.
Now thats a fine answer :)

Good god. This sci-fi CRPGs surfacing makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

The fact they tend to be mostly european also helps :)

Nice article Odin, I had no idea this game existed but I'm really looking forward to it now. What's the publisher situation like? Do they have anyone lined up?

I don't believe they have a publisher yet, still talking to Alex about this. I was also hoping that some publishers might see this and get their eyes up for this title.. Looks really promising..

Ohhhh yeah I've been waiting for some more information on this game to come around, so this was a nice interview and new screenshots are always nice :) Looking good.

It does look good. Hey Odin, do you know how many (if any) people from this game there are that worked on the Pirates of the Caribbean rpg?

 WOW, now this is a game worth waiting for. Screenshots look great, the world described sounds like I would actually enjoy the interaction between NPC's.

Also one of the screenshots has a stripper......

I love strippers.

Keep us up to date with this huh?
