OK so I was thinking. We know quite a bit about how Canada go annexed and all and how did the military influence of the US there spread. We know of the pipelines from Alaska. We even got a TV spot from the very scene in the Fallout intro.

But what about Mexico? It's just past the border, goddamit, you could walk there from the game area, probably - and yet, I can't seem to come up with anything about it in regards of Fallout world off the top of my head, nor can I remember whether there were relevant passages in the FB.

Thoughts?
 
Probably not alot... they would fall slightly lower off the food chain but no nukes hiting unless they were off course. As far as I know they are not a big target on anyones list of people to kill before they die, except mabey the people in tx that are fed up wtih them crosing the border illegaly :P

(I am from neworelans origionaly so I dont count in that list of texans, I am a coon@zz not a hick thankyou verry much :D )
 
I can't think of anything either, but the question that rises would be: Why would you want to do anything with Mexico? Is there something interesting there, besides "pretty women" (who ever believed Wooz anyway?)?
 
Hey man... the women from Mexico ARE worth it the trip alone :D I have to say If I woulda known about latina's earlier I woulda moved away from neworleans ALOT faster.

Not to mention their playfulness with other females :D (I can refer to playfull women in here cant I?)
 
Well... lets just say there is a certain female "Lawyers ass-is-tense(asistant)" that I met thx to yahoo local chat and she likes to play alot... and I mean ALOT as in multiple times a week with me ang the gf and alot as in she does a whole lot with the gf.

Anyway, I can't help wondering one thing. Wouldn't the oil demands (for like 20,000 buses in the capital alone) press Mexico into an alliance with China ? It was almost the case in the First World War, you know, when Germany proposed that Mexico join the Central Powers and invade USA... We could see some Chinese land there.... and then before you know it, you have a Yellow Brotherhood of Steel :D

No, but serioulsy, if we assume it wasn't bombed/ wasn't bombed back into the Stone Age, it'd be promised land. Yet you don't see many Mex' in Fallout (Hernandez anyone?) and this thread seems totally undeveloped.
 
The promised land? You dont visit alot of the places down there "away" from the tourist traps do you? Its practicaly almost like fallout land now. I go there alot for work and really hate it. The tourist traps are fine and all... but I mainly go the the off the beaten path places. They are bad. Lets jsut say I'de rather be in my old neighborhood at midnight in neworleans than there anytime of the day. (and that is REALLY bad)

EDIT:I would think australia to be the promised land... providiong you can get to there.
