so what purpose those foods and drinks have? like nuka-cola? why it is so addictive? and iguana-on-stick doesn't heal or something? and what about cookie why it gaves more hit points? what purpose of those and else have?

Anyhoo, the items are just there to create a better atmosphere... especially Nuka-Cola... gotta love Nuka-Cola... must have Nuka-Cola... why isn't there any Nuka-Cola!!!
