Missing perk?

Hi !

I've made a search about this...

I am at level 10 and wanted to select bonus rate of fire.
My problem is that it's not listed among other perks
I have the following stats:
Agility 10
Perception 9
Intelligence 8

I have all the other level 9 perks like dodger, mutate,better criticals.
Any clue about why Bonus ROF is not in my perks list ?

You seem to meet all the requirements, but...

In Fallout, the minimum level for BROF is 9. In Fallout 2, however, the minimum level is 15. Which game are you playing? Testify!
 
I'm playing with fallout 2.
But it is listed as a 9th level perk. Is it mistyped then?

I remember something about the manual of Fallout 2 being incorrect about some perk requirements.

Apparently some of them are. Mine (UK edition) is not wrong in this case.
 
The readme file that was on my disk has some corrections to the manual, don't remember them all, but this was one of them.
 
My FO2 manual, from the dual jewel set, version 1.02d, says level 15 required for bonus rate of fire.

However, my FO1 manual from the same dual jewel set, version 1.1, says level 9 for bonus rate of fire.
 
That's because in FO1, the requirement was level 9, but it was level 15 in FO2. Are you paying attention? That was stated earlier.

I'm paying attention but the person asking the question said he's playing FO2 and its listed as level 9 ... I'm saying my manual says otherwise. I presume his does too. He must be reading the FO1 manual.
