This mod is for those who like to explore all the map, not using fast-travel for more immersion and who hate reaching the level cap too soon.
1 - Raised the XPs needed to level-up ( about 3 times the original to reach level 20 but the scale is not linear. )
2 - Reduced the skill points gained for each level : 5 + intelligence instead of 10 + intelligence to compensate for more time to find skill books and bobbleheads.
3 - Increased respawn time from 3 to 7 days. ( Less randomly generated XPs and more time for real exploration. )
4 - Raised the weight you can carry to 150 + ( 20 * strength ) instead of 150 + ( 10 * strength ) I know that this amount is pretty unrealistic but the rate at which the armors and weapons are damaged forces the player to scavenge all weapons. There is a side effect : As you can stay a longer time away from home, you are more likely to get radiation sickness. It also makes chems increasing strength more useful.
