If it is possible to modifie XP rewards (Number of XP's) for quests in Fallout 2 (using dat explorer or sth. similar)???

If it is possible to modifie XP levels for each level (number of XP's needed to level up) ???

Yes, quite easily. You need to alter the scripts that give experience points when they count a quest as actually being completed. For example, if Becky gives you a quest to collect money from Fred and you return to her when the job is done, then it is Becky's script (dcrebecc.int) that needs to be modified. You would need to find out how to decompile scripts, then just alter the number of experience points given, then recompile the script.

Ok thanks, but what about XP per level (leve up - ing)???

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded. I don't know how to change it, but would probably involve using some sort of hex editor on the .exe file.
