First time out of the vault
Anyone know what the encounter types mean?Forced is the "you find some people in the wrong place at the wrong time" one,rare is probably....special encounters?What about frequent,common and uncommon?Where do robbers and the like fit in,what about the mobs that are in the "caves",i guess super mutants could count as "unfrequent"........
