It Wandered In From the Wastes
For those of you who don't know (and I didn't) Modoc and Klamath aren't just a couple of cities in Fallout 2, they were also a pair of Indian tribes from Northern California. The first couple paragraphs are his opinions on the current political climate (which he finds too depressing to write about), and why he decided to focus on them.
This has almost nothing to do with Fallout, but it's an interesting bit of history for those who care. I guess it's up to the mods whether or not to allow any political conversation about WarNerd's opinions, but I'm not going to get involved.
