More issues with with Quincy Mission

Alright, so now I've saved the mayor (got exp) disabled the alarm (got exp) saved the daughter (got exp) but I don't get exp or anything for disarming the bombs or saving felix, plus I don't know what people are talking about when it comes to helping the ghouls. How do you get those other things added to the objectives list. Also, ppl have mentioned a bonus mission, what is the town of that special mission, just so I know if I get it or not. Thanks.
 
The ghouls are near the left corner of the map, there is a ghoul hero captured by those beastlords. There are a bunch of DeathClaws, they are pretty tough. It is an option objective, but if you do save that ghoul hero, you will be able to recruit ghouls from this mission on.

The Bonus Mission is called Springfield. It is availible after you patch the game with bonus.exe (downloadable from this site, there are other ways to activate it, too.). The nission is availible from the general in the 3rd buncker. You get a new vehicle from the Mission.
 
No, never.

I've always done them, however, as instructed by the NPCs in that mission. Why not? Not big deal.
