It look's like something i saw on 'Mail Call', a french pistol-zip gun called a Liberator.

The .45 Liberator was an American made gun dropped on the French because we hate them. The idea was that it was something small and easily concealed that could be used to acquire other weapons from unsuspecting Germans. It was just a single-shot pistol made entirely from stamped metal parts, and it actually took longer to reload than it did to make.
