I think that there should be more cars, and have some motorcycles and some futuristic hover things. That would be very cool

DUDE! it would be sweet to see more vehicles, but i'd like the ability to control the car or whatever when in combat because it would really help if when confronted by a Enclave Patrol i could just mow them down, or maybe be able to steal a tank of some sorts from a military base and blast your through an army of super mutants.

I have nothing against cars
What I do have something against is cars in fallout three that can be mounted with guns or used to run over people in realtime. It doesn't belong in fallout. If you want to play something like that buy carmageddon 2 or interstate '76.
