First time out of the vault
My character is stuck at a motherfucking crawl. I'm googling like mad, assuming I hit a key that slows the character to geriatric speed. I fucked up and hit Q during the Super Duper Mart quest and couldn't figure out how to stop running until after I had died once, then spent a good 30 seconds running into the same wall, but pardon my tangent. I don't have crippled limbs and I'm not carrying too much (54/210), so wtf?
