Movement points Cap?

Hi, I searched the forums and google and stuff but didn't find anything regarding this matter...
Is the maximum amount of APs limited to 10 or is it possible to receive up to 12 with the action boy perk?
I know the Bonus move perk gives you 2 points in addition to your 10 APs, that you can use for movement only, but that still left the question open wether or not the Action boy is able to raise the regular APs above 10.

I just started a new game and have no old savegames to check...

There's no cap. Well, there is one at 99, but you'd have to use a character editor to get there.
