Moving Furniture

Firstly ello all, I've played fallouts 1&2 all that time ago and loved em. What we have here is a nice tribute but which i'm enjoying for what it is. I know This isnt modding exactly but its closely related. I'm trying to move furniture about in the houses that you get.

using scripts i can remove furniture i dont want

But i've been unable to

Create new items of furniture (my guess is using "placeatme" if i knew the BaseID of the item)

Move existing furniture using the "setpos" command

Please feel free to enlighten me on how i should go about this and also if there is a way of figuring out the base id of varous furniture items
 
I'm just guessing here but is the code you're looking for like the one that shows up if you click on something when the cheat console is active?
