Multi-Leveled buildings

Ive looked thru several tutorials and have not found anything about how to make 2 or three leveled buildings, like Salvadors building in new reno. btw, what i mean is how you could see when you are outside the salvadors and it had two levels and the top split away when you go inside. Thx in advance!

Simply use roof tiles for the everything but the first floor. This will give the fake look of a building with multiple floors.
