Multiplayer co-op mode?

OK, I've read its supposed to be in the game, but there are no missions with the game that allow it.

I've quickly just taken single-player missions and thrown multiplayer spawns into them. Of course, it didn't work, its an instant victory if all the players are on the same team. But even though I've been around the editor a bit, I can't tell if co-op is possible, or how it is to be done.

Is co-op possible in FOT? If so, how is it implemented into missions?

In my understanding, it's possible in Multiplayer mode in user-made missions. One of the map rats here or at Duckandcover.net should have more info on that if you're interested.

As for what the box claimed, it was a lie in terms that the game didn't ship with that supported/implemented.
