Music rights

Hello, I'm new to this forum though I know this site well

Fallout is for me the best video game ever, what I love the mot is the incredible atmosphere carried by the music combined with the graphics.

I'm currently on a short 16mm film project and I'd like to use some music from Fallout, who do you think I should ask/phone? Who own the rights? Interplay, bethesda ?

Not Bethesda. Until Interplay goes down completely I assume they have it, at which point the rights would revert to Mark Morgan, if not sooner.
 
First we're on the subject of Mark Morgan...

...is this the same Mark Morgan that was once a member of Starship, or some other musician?
