My computer goes *click*

For real, there's no rad scorpion infestation going on here. I open it up and i hear click. Click. Or maybe a beep? A very short one... It's not the hard disks though. I dunno where it comes from, somewhere from the mainboard i guess, i gave up trying to locate it months ago. It happens in the first 15-30 minutes after opening the comp.

And, yeah, this might sound stupid... how do you clean superglue drops off your LCD without poking holes into it?

You might try a commercial solvent, but I suspect you may be screwed on this one. Sorry.

Probably nothing you can do about the superglue. I once got superglue on a nice pair of shorts. They looked like someone came on them. Nothing was able to get the glue off.

So from that conclusion, this guy came on his screen?

I was building something on my desk and when i opened the superglue tube it splashed all over my hands. After a while i realised small spots on the screen, noticeable when i look at bright things. I know the solvent would also melt my computer screen, or smudge the glue further.

wow... what?
You're gonna need to explain all of those things better.

I open my computer and the sounds are like very short beeps, so short it is hard to distinguish if they are beeps or clicks. After 15 minutes or so they stop...

For the glue, you may try repeated aplications of LCD cleaner. It does not contain ammonia so you wont ruin your monitor like normal window cleaner would do. http://www.pixelclean.com/

As for your computer beep... To me that sounds like a case alarm. Many mother boards will have a feature that acts as an alarm when the case is a-jar. This feature can be turned off on both the mother board and in your BIOS settings.

Other than that, I would guess it could be a fan or heat alarm. If your case is running hot, you take the side off and it looses a significant amount of cooling... That alarm would go off.

Good luck with the super glue. You can try a cleaner specifically made for LCD screens as Maphusio suggested, but I doubt anything that's safe for LCDs will be strong enough to do anything to super glue.

As for the noise, well... the problem is, without hearing what the noise actually is, it's almost impossible to diagnose. The best you'll get are wild guesses. Could be a fan hitting a wire or having a mechanical problem, could be a spider that's taken up residence in your case passing the time by tapping your case... who knows.

Your best - and really only - bet is to get a friend who knows his way around computers to take a look/listen... or, failing that, take it into a shop to get looked at.
