I'd say the title was just an attention catcher.

In most countries I know 14 yo.s are not permitted into the porn industry. Usually the legal border is 18, which is the common rating of porn movies anyway.
"Erotic" movies have the border at 16 I think. In Germany minors always require parental consent for contracted work tho, IIRC.
