I like his video but I feel like a new game set entirely within locations we've already visited while taking place in a time weve already experienced is a bit stinky.
I like the BoS mobile Crawler and its kinda funny he didn't even realize that was originally from a cut script for Fallout 2. I think it's cool to see the BoS rising rather than falling. Though I feel as though the Enclave is overused in fan projects. I even have them in a capacity in my Fallout 3/4/76 rewrite but I have them as a secret group within a larger faction.
