1. Fallout3 shouldnt be interactive, that you shouldnt be able to start a family, or to start a business company. It should stay the same in that area. 2. It has to have more sin. Not made by the humans but the extraterrestial or supermutants. You remember the great evil in Fallout1; Dark life. 3. The story should go the way that the hero would sometimes drop to his knees and cry: what ever he would do the more desperate things would get. I listened all the fallout 2's narrator speaches and I listened all the endspeeches as well. I loved the idea when everything was going to hell whatever the hero would do: one man cannot do everything. How about if FO3 has a movie clip where the people from all over the _AMERICA_ join and attack the mutants, with the hero in the lead. Remember guys! Sin! Darkness!Tech-no-logic!Desperate situations! No magic whatsoever.....

character personality

hard to be a hero if your human meaning that a hero is supposed to overcome overwhelming odds and be strong while doing it. further reasoning to the characters acceptance of the situation is that your character finds him self in a world that has gone to hell, kind of an eternal last stand. people in that type of situation do one of two things die, or survive in any way they can. Obviously those who are going to give up and die have done so, leaving only the survivers who probably create a pessimistic optimist personality (or an optimistic pessimist depending what your point of view is) your character might have everything going wrong around him but he wont brake down because he dosent wish to die.
Further more ETs and mutants might be capable of making bad things happen but their pikers (or not realistic) compared to backstabing humans. (any one out there disagree that we are fully capable of making our lives miserable with out outside help?)
