discovered a potential problem with random encounters and the car,recomend re-download and re-install

Added Vertibird scripts to this mod,Vertibird now has options to load and unload the car,car must be on the same map as the vertibird and smitty car quest must be completed.altered some maps to allow for the vertibird to be flown to them.vertibird fly-to locations expanded to all(if i missed any let me know) static locations(random encounters excluded,special encounters excluded).
