I messed around with photoshop a little (no the car is not done, yet) and I was wondering is there any way I can make it more Fallouty (like this) and add this car into the game?

Btw the car isn't made by me just the shopping :P
 
If you are good in photoshop, yes, you can make it looks like the one from Fallout. But: The camera angle from your pic is wrong.

I know, the angle... :D

Oh well I'll try making model of a car with 3DS and texturize it or something, I'll download it when I can.

But most importantly can anyone give me some advice how to make things look like they're from Fallout? And if I want to make custom scenery what is the best tool and the best way to make them?

(By the way I loved your mod can't wait for the next episode :P)
 
render the object in a different view. currently i think u have perspective view selected. try ortho.

anyhow.. nice car!
 
Settings for the camera are well known, I think... :roll:

No need to use something that is damn-close-to-Fallout-perspective...
 
I tried blender but it didn't let me import the .obj I downloaded, but oh well I'll learn some 3D modelling and stuff and hopefully get some new scenery done sometime... :D

I would love if someone gave me a little advice:
What is the best tool and the best way for making new content to Fallout?
