Hello there, i want to translate Fallout 1 into my native language, i know English fairly well but i just dont know how to access the text files and stuff. Can someone explain to me how i can translate it? Thank you all very much.
you must extract master.dat from fallout directory with dat explorer 2 heres link for program https://www.nma-fallout.com/resources/fallout-dat-explorer-ii.140/ then extract files fallout/data/text/english you can open them with notepad and translate after that save and put to fallout/data directory
I would uninstall fallout then re-install using English as the language. I have no need to do this as I am English and understand their language , kindov.
