need help on friendly klint mod

hello,

i'm trying to allow the friendly klint mod (the one which allows Klint to join up) to level up.

its kinda weird having Klint run around at the later stages of the game with only 50 hp.

is there any way to do that? i tried to decompile the .int script file but it says that the tail doesn't match.

I'm currently running megamod w/ friendly klint

I'm having similar issues... klint has not leveled up (still at 30 hp)... im not sure how I am supposed to do it manually or if it's a bug...

Also, I can no longer trade with klint either to give him better equpiment. I gave him a leather jacket, and since then, no go :-(

Before update 4 i was using :
Killap patchia mod, infinite party, friendly klint, mysterious stranger, cp mod.
It was working fine, just a few changes made by killap that were missing, but klint was leveling up okay.

As for megamod 4, he level up but do not raises his hp...weird, and with armors we cant trade him...

I knew about the issue where he could not trade if he was wearing armor. But I had no idea about the hit point problem. I will take a look at this.
 
im also having some issues with leveling klint, i have the 5.1 megamod, and i have no idea how to level him up and/or customise his stats/skills, or for that matter, what the different armors do
 
Just put it into the same location as your Fallout2.exe (along with the critter.dat and master.dat files). If you have a patch000.dat file, be sure to rename or delete it (something like patch000.bak).
 
the avklint.dat doesnt do anything when i place it into the fallout 2 foldier(where master.dat and critter.dat is).


Edit: Nevermind i found a program called Modrunner.

Crap. Sorry about that. I was trying to imply that you also need to rename that avklint.dat file to patch000.dat.
