Need help with a Fallout tattoo

First time out of the vault
I'm studying medicine so I thought it would be cool to get a First Aid/Doctor-skill type tattoo. I love the simplicity of the skill-illustrations in Fallout, but I was wondering if anyone has made any fan art that relates to first aid/medicine/healing, obviously involving the vault-boy.

Don't hesitate to post if you've got any suggestions. :)
 
I don't have any fan art, but the pip boys for vault city innoculations and vault city training perks are pretty funny. Lol the only thing you have to be careful about is people asking silly questions. I had someone ask me once upon seeing the radioactive symbol tattooed on my arm, why I decided to get a three bladed ceiling fan done as a tattoo.
