I downloaded FUCK and it's really really cool, nice work guys. Anyway I can't figure out how to change the look of NPCs (if you can) any help here would be much appriciated.

Anyway, you cannot use FUCK to change appearances. That info is in the map files. Someone else is making an NPC map file editor on TMS too. So that should be along fairly soon (maybe a week or two).
