No idea what your issue is, but I can tell you that the code you pasted is part of the defines for BI's script tool, which we do not have. So basically you can completely ignore this header file.
 
Yeah, you're going to have to be way more specific about what the error is that's happening to you, and in what circumstances.
Posting the script you're working on might also help, but telling us what you're trying to do along with any attempts you've made so far and what's happening with your code will help a lot of modders who might read this :)
