you can drive and shoot at the same time suffering no penalties

all hand to hand hits are upgraded to critical hits
Sniper

any succesful hit in range combat is upgraded to critical hit

atacks cost one less action point while standing
Talon of fear
R: unarmed 60%, st 6, level 12, deathclaw
unarmed attacks also cause poison damage
Team player

+10% to all rolls within the influence of other squad members
Tough hide

+15 to armor calss and +10 to all resistaces
